Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Flow AI Video, an AI video creation platform for generating and editing videos from text prompts, uploaded images, reference materials, and audio where supported. Core features include text-to-video, image-to-video, reference-to-video, AI lip sync and avatar video, video generation with supported audio options, and related image creation or editing tools. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and PixelForge LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("PixelForge," "we," "us," or "our"), which owns and operates Flow AI Video at https://www.flowaivideo.org.

Use of the Service

Flow AI Video primarily provides AI-powered video generation and editing services. Depending on the selected tool and model, you may use text prompts, source images, reference images, audio, or other permitted inputs to create videos through text-to-video, image-to-video, reference-to-video, AI lip-sync, avatar, and related workflows. The platform also provides supporting AI image generation and image-editing tools. Available models, formats, durations, resolutions, and features may vary by tool, plan, region, and third-party provider. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

  1. Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  3. User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through Flow AI Video, including but not limited to our software, interfaces, video and image generation workflows, platform technology, and documentation, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The service provider, owner, and operator of Flow AI Video is PixelForge LLC.

Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

Flow AI Video must not be used to request, create, upload, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing content. The following categories are expressly prohibited:

  1. Pornography and NSFW content, including sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexualized depictions of real people.
  2. Violence and gore, including graphic violence, content that glorifies serious physical harm, or instructions that facilitate violent wrongdoing.
  3. Hate speech, including content that promotes hatred, discrimination, dehumanization, or violence against a protected person or group.
  4. Child-unsafe content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or any exploitative or endangering depiction of a minor. We apply zero tolerance to this category.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation, including deceptive or non-consensual depictions of real people, misleading identity impersonation, or content intended to defraud, harass, or damage another person.
  6. Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized use or imitation of protected works, brands, characters, logos, likenesses, publicity rights, or other intellectual property.

Content Moderation and Review

We use a multi-layer content moderation process designed to prevent and address violations of these Terms:

No moderation system is perfect. Users remain responsible for their prompts, uploads, generated content, and use or distribution of any output.

Reporting Violations and Appeals

If you encounter content or activity that may violate these Terms, please report it to support@flowaivideo.org. Include the relevant URL or generation identifier, a description of the concern, and any supporting information that can help us investigate. Do not email or redistribute illegal imagery; provide only the information needed to identify it.

We review reports based on their nature, severity, available evidence, and potential risk. Urgent child-safety, credible-threat, or other serious illegal-content reports are prioritized. Where appropriate, we may preserve relevant records and cooperate with payment partners, service providers, rights holders, or lawful authorities.

If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, you may appeal by emailing support@flowaivideo.org with your account email, the relevant decision or content identifier, and the reason for your appeal. Appeals do not guarantee reversal of a decision.

Enforcement Actions

We may take one or more of the following actions based on the severity, frequency, context, and legal implications of a violation:

  1. Warning: Provide written notice and require the user to stop, edit, or remove the violating activity.
  2. Content blocking or removal: Reject a prompt, withhold an output, or remove content that violates these Terms.
  3. Feature restriction: Reduce generation quotas or restrict access to particular models, tools, downloads, or other features.
  4. Temporary suspension: Suspend an account or access to the service while a matter is reviewed or remediated.
  5. Permanent termination: Permanently close an account for critical, repeated, deliberate, or unresolved violations.
  6. Legal or safety referral: Preserve records, report conduct to appropriate authorities or relevant organizations, and cooperate with a lawful investigation when required or reasonably necessary.

We may act immediately and without prior warning for critical violations, including CSAM, credible threats, terrorism, non-consensual intimate imagery, serious fraud, or attempts to evade safety controls. Less severe first-time violations may receive a warning, while repeated violations may result in progressively stronger restrictions. Enforcement under this section is in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us.
