Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through Flow AI Video. It applies to subscription plans, subscription renewals, and one-time credit packs purchased through our website.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Refunds Available at Any Time

You may request a refund at any time. Refunds are calculated on a proportional basis according to the unused portion of the purchased service.

If part of a purchase has already been used, we will deduct the value of the used credits, paid features, or fulfilled service from the refund amount. The remaining unused value may be refunded to the original payment method, subject to payment provider processing rules and applicable law.

Subscription Purchases and Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals, and you may also request a refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.

For subscription purchases and renewals, the refund amount is calculated based on the unused value remaining in the subscription. This may include unused credits, unused paid features, or the unused portion of the billing period, depending on how the plan is structured.

One-Time Credit Packs

You may request a refund for a one-time credit pack at any time.

For credit packs, the refund amount is calculated based on the unused credits remaining from that purchase. Credits that have already been used for successful generations or other paid actions are deducted from the refundable amount.

Technical Problems and Failed Generations

When a generation request fails because of a confirmed service or provider error, Flow AI Video may automatically return the credits used for that request to your account.

If you request a cash refund after credits have been returned for a failed generation, those returned credits will be treated as unused credits when calculating the refundable amount.

If a persistent technical issue prevents you from using a paid service and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable period, you may request a proportional refund based on the unused value of your purchase. We may ask for screenshots, error messages, task identifiers, or other information needed to verify the issue.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

Please contact us promptly if you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or if a charge was not authorized by you. After verification, eligible duplicate or unauthorized charges will be refunded to the original payment method.

We normally acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take approximately 5–10 business days to display the funds after processing.

Payment Provider Processing

Payments and refunds may be processed by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record. In some cases, we may ask you to complete the refund process through that provider. The provider's processing timelines and legally required procedures may also apply.
