Connected AI Assistants and MCP

When you connect Flow to an AI assistant, we associate the authorization with your Flow account and the requesting application. We process the prompts, settings and reference files you choose to send through the connection to carry out image or video generation. We store authorization and generation records, and return authorized tool results—such as your credit balance, job status and generated media URLs—to the connected assistant. Your Flow password is not supplied to the assistant.

Reference media and prompts may be processed by our AI service providers and storage partners to deliver your requested generation. The connected assistant also handles information under its own privacy policy. Only upload media you are authorized to share, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

You can revoke a connection through Flow’s connected access page. Revocation prevents future use of that authorization; it does not automatically delete existing media or records. For account or data deletion requests, contact support@flowaivideo.org. The retention provisions below also apply to connected-assistant usage.

Data Retention

We retain personal information and generated videos, images, prompts, and related task records while your account is active or as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain generation history, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and financial-record retention requirements.
