Plugin help
AI Video Generator Flow
Turn your ideas and photos into images and videos, using your existing Flow account from your AI assistant.
01Connect your account
Open AI Video Generator Flow in your assistant’s plugin settings and select Connect. Sign in to Flow with Google, or use ‘Sign in with an existing password’ if your account has a Flow password. Review the requested permissions and select Connect account. Return to the assistant to continue. Never paste a password or authorization code into a chat.
02Your account and credits
The plugin uses the same Flow account and credit balance as the website. Ask for your balance and available models before generating. Image and video requests consume credits; video models may also require an eligible account. Available settings and costs depend on the model. Connecting, viewing models and checking progress do not create a generation. The plugin cannot purchase credits or change subscriptions.
03Create an image
Try: ‘Create a square image of a ceramic coffee cup in soft morning light.’ The assistant submits a generation and checks its progress. When the job completes, it returns the generated image. A queued or processing job is not a finished result.
04Edit a photo
Attach a JPEG or PNG that you have permission to use, then ask: ‘Put this product on a clean studio background.’ The assistant imports the attachment and uses it as the reference for an image edit. Generative edits can change details; exact preservation is not guaranteed. If your assistant cannot supply the attachment, it should explain the limitation rather than generate without your reference.
05Make a video
Try: ‘Create a five-second vertical video of gentle waves on a beach.’ To animate an image, attach your photo and ask for a five-second video with a gentle camera push-in. Ask the assistant for currently supported models, duration, resolution and aspect ratios. Video generation can take several minutes; check the existing job rather than starting another request.
06Waiting and failed jobs
If a result is still pending, ask ‘Check the progress of that generation.’ Keep the original job in the conversation. Repeating a request as a new generation may consume additional credits. If a job fails, the assistant should report the failure, not invent a result. Contact support with the job ID and approximate time if a completed file is unavailable or a credit adjustment looks wrong.
07Login or connection problems
If authorization expires, reconnect the plugin from your assistant’s settings. Allow the sign-in window to finish and return to the assistant. A Google-only account does not have a Flow password automatically. A review/demo account provided with a Flow password uses the existing-password option, without access to a Google mailbox. For an unsupported file, upload a JPEG or PNG and try again.
08Permissions and disconnecting
The connection permits media generation using your credits and access to the media tools authorized by you. Only use photos you are allowed to upload. Disconnecting prevents future use of that connection; it does not delete previously created media. Manage connected access using the link below. Read our privacy policy for data handling and contact support for account or data requests.
09What this version does not do
This version supports image generation, photo edits, text-to-video, image-to-video, model discovery, balance checks and job progress. It does not generate music, change subscriptions, or guarantee exact text, faces, motion or other details in generated media.
Support: support@flowaivideo.org. Include the job ID, approximate time and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
